3D Printing enters the Victoria's Secret Runway Show

In 2013, Victoria's Scret teamed up with Bradley Rothenberg from Shapeways to produce Snow Queen and Snow Angel themed costumes for the show. The costume was made to fit model Lindsay Ellingson perfectly via a 3D scan of her figure. The 3D printed corset is encrusted with millions of Swarovski crystals. </span><span style="color: #2d3b43; font-family: "verdana" , "geneva" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">3D printing was used to create the crown, wings with the geometric characteristics of the design's snowflake motif.</span></div> </div>
